Join us for the Surgical Collaborative of Wisconsin’s 2027 Annual Meeting on Saturday, May 15, 2027, as we return to Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells. As SCW celebrates its 10th anniversary, this year’s meeting will bring together surgeons and healthcare leaders from across Wisconsin for a day of practical education, shared learning, and statewide collaboration.
Attendees can expect engaging presentations, case-based discussions, and opportunities to connect with colleagues around current challenges and emerging topics in surgical care. With the meeting returning to Wisconsin Dells, attendees are also encouraged to bring the whole family and make a weekend of it.

Room Reservations
Room blocks are now available for the 2027 Annual Meeting. Stay onsite at Glacier Canyon Lodge, a convenient option for those bringing the whole family and enjoying the Wisconsin Dells experience, or choose The Wisconsin Hotel for a more traditional hotel experience.

Glacier Canyon Lodge
Stay onsite at Glacier Canyon Lodge, home of the 2027 SCW Annual Meeting. The SCW room block includes Double Queen Sofa rooms ($159 Friday/$179 Saturday) and Two-Bedroom Deluxe Condos ($229 Friday/$269 Saturday). A $35 nightly resort fee applies, and Saturday night reservations require a two-night minimum.
The room block is available through April 13, 2027, or until rooms are filled. Early booking is recommended.
The Wisconsin Hotel
For attendees looking for a more traditional hotel experience, SCW has also secured a room block at The Wisconsin Hotel, located just minutes from Glacier Canyon Lodge. The newly opened hotel features modern accommodations, an indoor pool and sauna, fitness center, and onsite dining at Farmer in the Dells and The Silo Bar.
King rooms are available for $159 per night, plus tax. The room block is available through April 2, 2027, or until rooms are filled.
