Activities

SCW will offer both surgeons and participating hospitals a wide range of opportunities for education, innovation, and general quality improvement. Activities will include the following:

• In-person meetings of Surgeon Champions three times per year.
• Monthly video conferences
• Access to surgical coaching through the Wisconsin Surgical Coaching Program
• Analysis and sharing of relevant data for purposes of identifying best practices
• Site visits to assist with implementation
